Healthy Hillingdon and local partners devised the initial idea for in 1999. In 2002 the project successfully gained funding through the Healthy Living Centre programme of Lottery funding.

is a partnership led project that aims to address the inequalities in Health provision of three excluded target groups in the borough of Hillingdon.

The project will focus on use and access to Health care and the wider issues that affect health – such as the accommodation and/or environment that the communities occupy.
